Decorative Concrete Overlays
Custom patterns, colors, and textures that transform ordinary concrete into a design statement — indoors and out.
Why Choose Us
Unlimited Design. Concrete Durability.
Decorative concrete overlays are thin, polymer-modified cementitious systems applied over existing concrete to create a completely new surface. They can mimic the look of stone, tile, wood, or create entirely custom patterns — at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Whether you want a stamped patio that looks like natural slate, a microtopping kitchen floor with a seamless modern aesthetic, or a stenciled driveway with a custom design, our team has the skill and materials to make it happen.
- Applied over existing concrete — no demolition
- Unlimited colors, patterns & textures
- Interior and exterior applications
- Fraction of the cost of replacement

Overlay Systems We Install
Stamped Overlays

Our Overlay Installation Process
Surface Assessment
We evaluate the existing concrete for cracks, delamination, moisture, and surface profile to determine the right overlay system and prep requirements.
Surface Preparation
The existing concrete is cleaned, degreased, and mechanically prepared (shot blasted or ground) to create the profile needed for overlay adhesion.
Crack & Repair Work
Structural cracks are routed and filled. Surface defects are patched. The goal is a stable, sound substrate before any overlay is applied.
Primer Application
A bonding primer is applied to ensure maximum adhesion between the existing concrete and the new overlay system.
Overlay Application
The overlay is applied at the specified thickness using the appropriate technique for the chosen system — trowel, spray, stamp, or pour.
Sealing & Protection
A high-performance sealer is applied to protect the finished surface from UV, staining, and wear. We select the sealer based on the application and traffic level.
The Benefits
Why Overlays Are the Smart Choice
No Demolition Required
Overlays go over existing concrete — no jackhammering, no hauling debris, no disruption to your landscaping or structure.
Dramatically Lower Cost
Resurfacing with an overlay costs a fraction of tearing out and replacing concrete. You get a brand-new surface without the price tag.
Endless Design Options
Any color, any pattern, any texture. Overlays give you design freedom that poured concrete simply can't match.
Repairs Damaged Surfaces
Spalling, pitting, and surface damage disappear under a properly installed overlay. It's a restoration and upgrade in one.
Interior & Exterior Use
We install overlays on patios, driveways, pool decks, garage floors, basement floors, kitchen floors, and more.
Quick Turnaround
Most overlay projects are complete in 2–3 days. You're back to using your space faster than any replacement option.
